Our Black Angus & Charolais mix beef are raised on our 120 acre farm. We do not use antibiotics or added hormones. We offer ¼ beef is a front or a hind. We do not mix and match. The average weight is 125-135lb. Currently, we only take orders for pick up. We do not ship. Please keep in mind you will need a larger freezer for this amount of meat. About Hemlock Hill Farm


Hemlock Hill Farm is a small family-owned livestock farm, processing facility and farm market. We raised red ranger, barred rock heritage chicken, black angus beef, yorshire hogs, katadin lambs, nubian goats, pekin duck & broadbreasted white turkeys (seeasonally). Hemlock Hill Farm’s commitment to producing all-natural, pasture-raised poultry that is free from antibiotics and hormones, and processed fresh on the farm. Our animals are raised with care and humanely handled. You can taste the difference.
